It’s really crap that Facebook does not allow you to embed your timeline in your own blog site.
The only reason I would want to feature it on my site is because I share my quick casual social posts there for everyone to see.
Everyone doesn’t see them anymore because Facebook keeps it’s timelines guarded from being searched too, you know?
I am going to try and counter this a little by embedded some of my Facebook posts onto my site.
I’m not sure whether this will have any effect on my site, or on my Facebook timeline for that matter, and it’ll be fun finding out.
Searching for Chris Smith on Facebook isn’t that easy to find either, so I have a customised slug /ukchrissmith which should make my profile easier to find.
( I do have two profiles which are both Chris Smith Facebook profiles; One which I use for genuine reasons and then another I take advantage of my very common name, have different photos which are still me, but I use it to sign up to stuff I don’t want spamming my friends and my feed and testing stuff out.)
